Annual HOA Meeting
The annual HOA Owners and Board Meeting will be held November 1, 2017 at 6:30 pm at the Benjamin School Library. This meeting is open to all homeowners in the Grove.
If you have a topic you would like to have added to the agenda for consideration by the board during the meeting, please submit a description of, and reason for, the recommendation to a member of the board 30 days prior to the meeting. The agenda, proxy, and ballot is posted below.
The bylaws section 5.02 require 7 to 9 directors with 2 year terms of service. Elections will be held for open positions for directors of the board. Two positions will be elected.
